At the heart of the programme is a series of twelve distinct themes, each inspired by a signature colour and emotional expression. From the crisp purity of Bianco Brunch in January to the festive elegance of Argento Natale in December, every brunch unfolds with a clear narrative. The experience is led by Chef Michele Antonucci, whose Italian heritage guides a menu built around carefully selected hero ingredients, signature dishes, bespoke cocktails, and immersive ambience.

Rather than following a single recurring format, each brunch is conceived as a distinct celebration, encouraging guests to engage not only with the food, but also with the mood and setting.
